I started in the Window and Door Industry just under 25 yrs. ago. I worked as a Metal and Aluminum Fabricator before going into Commercial Storefront Glazing. I later became a Residential Glazier. Installing Windows, Doors, Shower Enclosures and Mirrors.

In all that time I managed to get around 6 yrs. of Glass Cutting Expertise. Cutting, Drilling and Polishing Glass and Mirrors for Valued Customers, bringing smiles to their faces with a Quality Product and Great Friendly Service.

It wasn’t until I purchased my own Doggie Door, that I realized the Freedom, that I have been neglected. So, not only was I neglecting myself, but my Pets have been neglected as well. The Pet Door saves on the Energy Bill and My Knees have never been happier.

My wife has been able to complete her work on time because she is not constantly having to leave her office, or put callers on hold, to let the dogs in and out. As a remote worker, having a pet door has been a time saver and a huge convivence.

$550+ for a Cinder Block Wall. (depending on location and size/type of Pet Door) *Not Recommended*

Sliding Glass Door Cut-Out, with Pet Door Cut Out. * Must Be Special Ordered Tempered Glass. $200 Install Fee. $250 for 3/16″ and 1/4″ Tempered Glass. $350+ for Insulated Glass Units. Pet Door Not Included!! Stairs Not Included. ( plus Tax )

Sliding Glass Door Rollers and Repair

Siding Door Rollers $135-$145 for a single door. (Depending on location). I will vacuum and clean out the track. 2 Doors for $225.00. 3 Doors for $295.00. Price includes most rollers. (price based on $20 a pair). Additional cost may be added for higher priced rollers. (tandem style). Top felt weather stripping $30 per door. Bottom rubber seal. $30 a door. Stainless Steel Track Cap $65 each, installed. Handle/Lock $30 installed. ( plus Tax )

Most Windows cost between $135-$175, for an average size window glass. Plus Tax

Price Break for More than 1 Window.

Not Including: Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass Units (IGU) or Sliding Glass Door (SGD). Special prices will be needed. Prices based on ground floor. Additional cost for second floor or 3rd story.

Window Repair

$75 Service Call, (covers both trips if necessary). And $25- $75 a Window (dependending on the age and difficulty). Plus Parts/Shipping to Remove and Install New Window Parts as needed. Window Locks and Keepers available. Balance Springs, and Parts will need to be Special Ordered, deposite may be necessary. (plus tax)

Lanai/Patio Screen Prices. $75 for the 1st 36 sq. ft. (6ft. X 6ft.) and a $1.50-$2.00 for each additional sq. ft. after that. Depending on location and difficulty. Price Break for multiple sections.

WINDOW and DOOR SCREEN PRICES Window Screens, $4.00 sq. ft. with existing frame. $6.00 sq. ft. with new frames. Re-Screen Door only, $75. ( plus Tax )
